Night shift premiums

All mentioned rates for events include VAT and service during events until midnight.

After midnight we will charge the following mnight shift premiums per hour or part thereof, which will be indicated on the final bill:
  • Head waiter/head chef € 35,00
  • Service staff/kitchen staff € 25,00
  • Employees scullery/beverage buffet € 15,00
The night shift premium will not be charged, if you and your guests let the evening fade away at our Bar "Papillon" from 00.30am onwards.
All mentioned prices include 19% VAT.
